Outgoing mail in quarantine not visible in report

Hi,

since a few weeks more and more users complain that their outgoing emails were not received at the recipient. They complain even harder that they were not notified in any way.

So the question is: Is it possible to see these quarantined emails in the report they receive?

  • Ed, there was an issue with this briefly, but was fixed, I thought, in an update.  Which version are ou on - 8.103?

    Scott, rather than turning off outbound scanning, I think a better, temporary solution might be an Exception to Anti-Spam for the mail server as a sender, or for *@domain.com for his sender addresses.
