Where do I change url in Quarantine Report?

ASG sends a Quarantine Report with two links, "Release" or "Whitelist". Where Do I set the url for these two links?

Hi,
have you enabled the "user portal"? You then include the e-mail accounts (ISP's) in this for each user.
Before you can do that you need to create each user with a logon to the ASG.

Sorry, that is not the problem. I received a Quarantine Report mail from the ASG this morning with a whitelist url beginning with "bastion.example..." even if I yesterday configured the url to the userportal to http:/.../up.example..."

Please post a copy of the quarantine report, because you not making sense.

Hi Erik. You can change the host portion of the URLs in the quarantine report at WebAdmin>>Mail Security>>Quarantine Report>>Advanced Tab>>Advanced Quarantine Report options.
