One of my users has the problem that outgoing mails are blocked by the spam filter. Not always, but very often.
The SMTP Log file reads:

A second user which sends similar mails has reported no problems.
The problem started after the installation of V8.201. Before that we had V8.102
As a temporary workaround I created an exception rule for that user.
I'd really like a permanent solution.
Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?
