Temporary reject after DATA ASG 8.200 Mail Security

After recieving a patch up2date today using the "Reject Malware during SMTP transaction" and " reject at SMTP Time:" causes all inbound mail to stop with a warning of "reject temporarily after DATA" in the smtp logs. After turning both options off in the global settings mail returned to normal.

All was working well until 11:30 am EST -5.00 today that seemsto be when up2date downloaded patch.

Anyone else seen this issue??????[:@]

YES Same here (multiple boxes) , unchecking (temporarily i hope) the "Reject Malware during SMTP transaction" option was sufficient to get the inbound mail flow restarting.

same here, from yesterday the content filtering system rejected ALL mail, this is quite a serious thing....
had to unckeck "Reject Malware during SMTP transaction"

This is the error from the logs:

8.200 Astaro ASG320 - Yes same problem here '500 Internal error'. Also had to disable SMTP transaction time drops for spam and malware. This seems a pretty serious issue to me for those who have already moved to 8.200. Totally stopped our mail for about 18hrs, until I was able to spend time tracking down the beast. Any word on a fix or updated pattern that has fixed this?

Correct, this is serious. The SMTP transaction issue doesn't appear to be something that can be fixed by pattern update. Astaro is working hard to get this corrected for the final GA version of 8.200 (the soft-release that you are using is not the final release version) or in the 8.201 u2d patch, which will be available VERY soon after 8.200 GA.
