Unless messages are in quarantine or in the send queue, Astaro doesn't store the contents of emails. If they are in the quarantine, you can access emails in WebAdmin through Mail Manager. Going forward, you do have the option of purchasing a subscription to Astaro Mail Archiving, Astaro Mail Archiving.

Thanks. Not the answer I was looking for but an answer all the same. I have a different product at a customers site that can re-queue messages and was hoping the ASG had the same capability.
The Astaro retains an email as long as it hasn't delivered it or hasn't given up on delivering it. If it bounces the email, it doesn't even get a copy of the email. If an email hasn't been delivered by the Astaro, and you know the reason for that has been fixed, you can force the delivery from the 'SMTP Queue' tab in 'Mail Mnanager'.
