Block Incoming/Outgoing on Microsoft Outlook

How is email setup for your company right now?  

There isn't a way to block based on the client used, only the ports and/or hosts/networks.  This is because all email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Eudora, Lotus Notes, etc.) use the same standards based ports.

Disable any email based DNAT(s), the SMTP and POP3 proxy, then create packet filter rules blocking in/out SMTP, POP3, IMAP, RPC over HTTP and your company will be left with only the ability to connect to WebMail based services (hotmail, gmail, etc.).  If you don't want those either, they can be blocked using the HTTP proxy URL FIltering Categories.  Doing these things will completely abolish email at your company and put you on par with the most technologically advanced businesses of 1971.

If blocking all emails isn't your intent, you do have the ability to block based on hosts/networks, but as I said, you can't block based on the email client program used.

Do you mean blocking employees from checking personal email at work?  This makes much more sense than "block Outlook" or "block all emails", but it isn't what you've asked.
