ASG 8.1, POP3 proxy not filtering

hey all, So I've been using ASG for over a year now and I love it..however I just realized that ever since I changed ISP's about 9 months ago the ASG box hasn't been marking incoming mail as [SPAM] nor is there anything in the POP3 Proxy log.

Now from what I've been able to tell the main thing that changed was obviously the pop3 server hostname.. but also the port.  ATT uses SSL/TLS over port 995, and my previous ISP's pop setup was non-SSL.  

Now also of note, I enabled pre-fetch in a vain attempted to get this working, but the point here is that I never used it in the past.  I have also not altered any of the forwarding rules regarding mail protocols either..

What can I do to help narrow this down?
