automatic response

Hi!
I need help.
I want to do that when a user sends mail to a banned item (mp3 for example) receive an automatic response that is blocked. how to do it?

No problem with blocking and it works but the user does not receive a response and then harass me that they sent a mail that someone has not got it .... you know :-)

ASG 8.102, SMTP transparent proxy, authent.users sent mails (no local mail server)

For this kind of functionality, you would need a full fledged email server. Astaro only has a proxy, so the feature set is limited. You can get a once a day quarentine report to your users though. In WebAdmin go to Mail Security>>Quarentine Report. The other option is to get your users to check in the user portal. There they will be able to access the quarentine and see a log of the disposition of messages for them.
