7.507 problem with Mail encryption

hi at all,
I have a Problem with the Mail encryption (decryption).

i create a internal user decryyption is on, download the cert (pem) and send it to our partner.

our partner imported the cert into a third party device.... encrypted the mail with the public key from our internal user

but the our asg do not decrypt this mails?!
what is wrong in my config?

Did you exchange CA Certificates between the ASG and the third-party device?

we have the same problem on ASG Release 8.301
our ASG doesn't decrypt incoming emails.

This isn't helpful but....
HA! more people having problems with the encryption. I've tried to get this to work for over a 1.5 years. Finally ended up with a 3rd party solution which works like a charm. Outlook clients encrypting mails with S/MIME and astaro hate each other.
Try thunderbird and it works! [:)]
