Confirmed Spam??

How does mail get "confirmed" as spam?  I am the moderator of a mailing list (NGWList: About), and in looking through the anti-spam portal I see that mail to one of my users from this list is shown as "confirmed" spam.  Honestly, not only is none the mail from this list that is in the portal in any way spam, but in the many years I've been involved with this list, I don't recall more than a handful of "real" spam messages making their way to the list.

I can of course whitelist this, but I was just getting ready to email our users and let them know that the new system was in place and that "confirmed" spam was unlikely to be mailing lists that they are involved with, etc.

So, I'm curious now as to how this list is shown as confirmed spam, and how it can be removed from that status.  Just report as false-positive?

    As an aside, while I haven't  noticed any person>person mail marked spam that should not be, I'm seeing many false positives - for example from bn,com, orbitz.com, dell.com, etc.

    I've actually been in the "anti-spam" business for a number of years, and it seems to me that a good many messages that are newsletters in nature get caught by the Astaro system.  While no system is perfect (believe me, I know it!), I've been a little surprised as some of the spam mail that sneaks through here, and some of the false positive I've seen.
