I've been using a product called Maia Mailguard (for a number of years), but decided to switch to the Astaro anti-spam. Here are a number of things that Maia did, that I miss. Perhaps I've just not figured this out yet, but I don't think these options are available. Let me know if I've overlooked this functionality. Otherwise it's enhancement request time!
1. Each "profile" (in Maia's case each domain, but I like the Astaro profile system better) could be assigned an administrator. That administrator account could log into the portal and see all activity for that profile, but ONLY that profile.
2. User accounts were automatically created when a message was received for a valid user based on callout. The user was then emailed with a portal password. While I realize that Astaro is based on AD/eDirectory/LDAP authentication, and can auto-create accounts that way, it does not work for the needs of some of my customers, who receive mail for too many variations on the theme!
3. From the portal and from the quarantine report, users could release an email from the spam quarantine and the sender would automatically be whitelisted. Also a user could report a message received as spam, which in Astaro's case would be returned to Commvault. Optionally the user could also blacklist right from the quarantine report.
I especially miss #1 above.
