Quarantine Report sent but blank mail

Hi,

I wonder if someone has the same problem and resolved it:
The quarantine report is sent to the user, but there are no links and nothing else in the mail, it's a blank mail, in the quarantine on the ASG, there are mails in.

The ASG is at Version 8.03 and the receiving mail server is Tobit Mail Server
