Encryption status in subject line confusing

Hi,

me and my users find it relatively confusing, that incoming PGP encrypted mails, that were decrypted by the ASG, have the subject line attachment:  (PGP: Encrypted, Signed) or  (PGP: Encrypted, Unsigned).
it would be OK, if they ARE encrypted, but they are not: the ASG already decrypted it before! So the subject line should containt the word DEcrypted.

It is extremely confusing when you really have received PGP encrypted mails in your mail client thar were not decrypted by the ASG. Than you have still encrypted and already decrypted mails, both with the same subject.

Any ideas, If I can customise that behaviour? Or should I featurerequest?

  • Maybe a feature request.  I always interepreted that as an indication of the status of the email when received by the Astaro, but I can see how that's confusing in your environment.

    Cheers - Bob
