Disclaimer (footer) incomming mail

Hi all..

We activated the disclaimer (Footer) for our mail, but now we in a situation that all incoming mail will get this footer also. is there a way to disable the footer only for incoming mail ?

Sorry for the late reply.. i am just now at the client site again..
@balfson this is the Confidentiality footer under SMTP -> Advanced

The client uses 8.003 so should it be fixed ? we still got it on in and outgoing mail..
