100% CPU, 50000+ Mail stuck in STMP-Spool

Hello @ all.

On my ASG120, V7.507 I´ve git 100% CPU for the last 4 days.
Searching for the reason, I found 50000+ Mails stuck in SMTP-Spool

All adressed to @yahoo.com or yahoo.com.tw with the subject " Mail delivery failed.

I tried to delete them all with Mail Manager and global actions, but the CPU is to busy to do this remote.

Is there any way, to delete this stucking mails, say by SSH login ?

    Exim spool directory structure is under /var/storage/chroot-smtp/spool/

    I´m sorry, I´m not so familiar with command line.
    I change from loginuser/home to the path, I saw WORK folder, but with DIR I can´t get any result.
    So, what to do next?

    Astaro Support should be contacted.  If you don't have Platinum/Premium Support, you'll need to go through your reseller.

    In the mean time,  you might try the suggestions in the following links:

    But, the underlying problem seems to be a misconfiguration somewhere.  Without seeing the headers of some of the emails, we have to guess...  Make sure you're not in "Transparent mode" on the 'Advanced' tab.  Also, on the 'Relaying' tab, confirm that you don't have "Any" or "Internal (Network)" in 'Host-based relay' - only the host definition for your mail server should be in there.

    Finally I done.
    I opened a case at Astaro Support, and they told me the same:
    Connect with SSH to the file system, but with 50000000000000+ items in the SMTP-Spool it is impossible, to delete them all.
    I did a backup of the config and a reinstallation of V7.507 (return to factory default).

    The WAN provider canceled SMTP sending, but from today on, it is up and running again.

    Now I´m heavy busy with deleting and clearing all of the SPAM mails in my Exchange User Mailboxes.

    ASTARO Support told me, that there is no way, to filter such SPAM, if it is coming from the internal network :-(

    Any idea to define a rule, say, within 24h, more than 100 Mails pass through to domain , mail No 101 will be dropped?
