I’m looking for something to help with SMTP log file analysis / reporting. I have to repeatedly go into these log files to investigate missing emails that were rejected for one reason or another and it’s very inconvenient for me. There is quite a bit of useful information contained in these history files and I’m very curious if anyone knows of something that would help put them in a more human readable format. Something to help with the following questions…
I didn’t get my email from sender@domain.com
Top Senders
Top Rejectors
Email rejected by user
Etc. etc.
I do realize there is a spam report available but we do not want to send all users a report of their missed emails. It would be great to have this available on an individual users basis but it’s my understanding that this is not available, it an all or no one type of setting. We are running release 7.507.
