Mail Manager I dont understand the log

So I'm on the latest and greatest version, and I do like the mail manager, specifically the SMTP LOG part, cuz I can see the outgoing msg's and if they've been delivered etc.

I'm attaching two screenshots.  The one is the SMTP log, and you can see it shows all the outbound emails I've sent (or at least I think all of them?) and if they've been delivered.

However, I don't see my wifes emails that she sends.  My IP is there (192.168.1.3) but hers (1.4) isn't at all?

So I figured I'd add her to the host list, the one you see in the other screenshot.  I added her PC, sent a test email from her outlook, and then checked the mail manager.  It still doesnt show up in the SMTP log portion?  Why is that?

Any insight?  Thank you!!

    Actually, Chugger, I think you've invented something.  Could you show pics of your 'Routing' and 'Relaying' tabs in SMTP, the 'Advanced' tab in POP3 and the email account setup in Outlook?

    PS I suspect you only need your PCs on the 'Relaying' tab, and that you can indeed leave the 'Routng' tab unconfigured.

    Actually, Chugger, I think you've invented something.  Could you show pics of your 'Routing' and 'Relaying' tabs in SMTP, the 'Advanced' tab in POP3 and the email account setup in Outlook?

    Actually, Chugger, I think you've invented something. 

    Most people just shy away from setting something like this up without a dedicated server due to the extra configuration needs and the probability of misconfiguration but Chugger seems to be a pro at finding his own solutions[:D]

    He is just using astaro's smtp to act as gateway to his ISP's smtp server. As far as astaro is concerned, there is no difference between a smtp outlook client or exchange smtp connector four outbound connections. 

    The problem will come with the incoming smtp requests. The most obvious being that the ndrs would fail since his ISP will send them to astaro on port 25 and he is only sending on smtp not receiving when using outlook.

    Here are my thunderbird settings for both POP and SMTP  using typical ports 110 and 25.  The incoming port is being covered up, sorry about that..but its 110

    Here is the routing config.  Made up my own domain...and recently changed the DNS hostname to smtp.comcast.net.  I had my computer as a host in there before..



    Nothing special in my relay settings



    Advanced settings is using SMARTHOST   smtp.comcast.net:587  because comcast has port 25 blocked on my cable modem.  So I had to use their secure 587 port.
