[8.002] Unable to Receive Emails - Port 587

Upgraded to 8.002 and one of the problems I have is receiving emails on port 587. Unfortunately, I have to use a mail relay service due my ISP blocks port 25 to reduce SPAM. As a work around, I am using a relay service that has been in use since Astaro 7.000.  I have checked the firewall logs and found an entry that is blocking port 587 from coming into the firewall. At the moment I had to go back to 8.001 and any insight would be appreciated.

    We changed the SMTP proxy in 8.002 to no longer accept unauthenticated messages on port 587(as is required by RFC 4409). Perhaps this is your problem?

    If not, could you describe your setup a bit more(do you have a mail server behind the asg, do you use the smtp proxy, etc..), and post the relevant log lines? Perhaps someone with a better understanding of the whole mail stuff will be able to you.

    I'm having the same problem.  Just upgraded to 8.002 and not receiving mail on port 587.  I don't have a mail server behind ASG.  I'm just using my ISP (verizon) smtp and pop server.

    Griff, can you show how to workaround or how to go back to 8.001 (re-install??)
