No RDNS entry for 213.196.***.***

Hi everybody,

following scenario:
the above IP ist the external for our ASG320. I have created an NAT which looks like Internet =>SMTP=>Exchange2010 (internal IP). Everything works fine, exept the missing RDNS : ( 
What do I need to do that both entries DNS/RDNS are the same ???

    You need to talk to your ISP and get them to setup the correct PTR records for the external IP address.
