Spam categorization

Am I the only one that finds the plain "Spam" categorization practically useless?  The "Confirmed Spam" category seems pretty good - I see very few false positives - but the regular "Spam" classification only ever seems to get assigned to items from legitimate mailing lists that we subscribe to.

It's so useless to us that I've simply changed its action from Warn to Off; I really can't imagine that anyone in their right mind would select Quarantine or Blackhole for that category.

  • Yeah.  Mostly I was thinking that it might not be politic to give the person closest to the boss any reason to think unkindly of me! [;)]

And, the added benefit is that the secretaries can leave the mailers unwhitelisted, then individually release the mails from quarantine when the bosses aren't around.

    Cheers - Loki, er, Bob!
