sometimes I can see this kind of log entries:

2010:07:28-00:09:21 ***xx exim[27098]: 2010-07-28 00:09:21 1OdsIz-000734-0m H=abc.def [aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd]:59641 Warning: ACL "warn" statement skipped: condition test deferred
2010:07:28-00:10:06 ***xx exim[27278]: 2010-07-28 00:10:06 1OdsJi-00075y-2d spam acl condition: timed out writing spamd socket
2010:07:28-00:10:06 ***xx exim[27278]: 2010-07-28 00:10:06 1OdsJi-00075y-2d H=hij.kl [aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd]:3293 Warning: ACL "warn" statement skipped: condition test deferred
after that the receiver will get this email up to 20 times .
For me its looks like the spamd has some time out problems but... no idea why.
