we are using astaro 7.504 as mail gateway for many clients,
we have setted the spam filter in order to warn in case of spam or confirmed spam.
We receive some false positives and we want know if exist a way to understand why a message is considere spam or confirmed spam (we don't found nothing in logfiles).
Another question is if is possible to submit unrecognized spam in some way ?
We know tha astaro use commtouch technologies but we don't find nothing
