Cffd problem

Hi,

We're unable to receive from Astaro to our email server. Mail arrives to Astaro spool and stay in it. I looked at the logs and it says ;


2010:07:08-15:14:53 (none) exim[31277]: 2010-07-08 15:14:53 1OWq0C-00088M-PP == muhsin.bulduk@******il.com R=cff_route T=cff_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host

many times for many different incoming emails. Also i can see 451 ios clear entry's in the exim.log file. I think spool can not inject mails to content filtering deamon.

Anybody have same type of problem? 

My version is 7.2 and we were good till yesterday.

    What happens if you disable/enable the SMTP Proxy?

    If i disable the proxy nothing pass through my Astaro. My mail server and astaro has both real ip addresses. They lie in the same public ip block.

    I try to disable the antispam option and it gives positive response for new incoming emails. When i enable it again, log follows the same error pattern as i issued in my posting.

    I wanted you to disable/enable the SMTP Proxy, thus restarting it, to see if that fixed your problem.

    Are you seeing anything in the packet filter or IPS logs?  Is there a rule that's blocking DNS, for example?
