spam stuck in mail manager

Hi all
confs are : pop3 enabled with antivirus and antispam prefetch mode disabled
problem: can't release messages that are considered spam in pop3 quarantine in the mail manager
I don't want to use a preftech mode because there are a lot of mail servers to add, and don't want the users to use the user portal
is there any way to release messages from mail manager?

i've seen this issue before. sometimes all you can do is delete the quarantine. IIRC i even reported this..don't remember as i don't use the anti-spam for anything than a trap and i nuke everything in it.

I think you can't release the email unless you you add the mail servers on the 'Advanced' tab.

Thanks for the replies, so I have to add the servers
I hope they change this to make it easier just to release the message directly without adding the servers.
