proxy pop3 and not astaro gateway

QVICIO
good morning:

     My mail server is hosted on an external provider and I have Astaro  which not is the gateway of my network and i need that all customers to recover the emails through pop3 proxy in Astaro ..
  
    Clearly I have no configuration would have to have customers and Astaro ..

    The pop3 server customers have to point to the IP Astaro?

    The username and password for the mail account would take Astaro mail client outlook users?

    someone could guide me a little?

    Oh yeah... Gotta make work fun!

    Remind us what trick you had to use to get the POP3 proxy to do what you wanted.

    Never had a problem getting pop3 to work.
    On the Global tab I added my internal newtworks.
    On the advanced tab in added my mail host in the POP2 servers.
    I point all my users (in outlook) to POP to my mail host.

    The only trick I needed was with smtp.
    On the Routing tab I had add my mail host in the domains and use a none existant local ip in the host list.

    Great idea.  Then, the proxy is in transparent mode, or are you requiring authentication or just allowing sending from all users?

    Actually there is no option for authentication in Astaro for POP3.
    Which makes sense since, the mail server would handle that end of it.

    Ah, I thought you were using the SMTP Proxy to do AV on outbound mail...

    Oh, my bad I thought you wer talking about POP3.
    Yes, smtp is in transparent mode. I am using Host-based relay and have only the internal networks allowed to use smtp.
    I have not messed with smtp profiles.
