It's not currently possible to do custom notifications, but you can enable INFO-154 which will let you know if the data disk is getting too full.
If the mail delivery (we are running mail routing via mx records) does not work for any reason for a couple of hours, the mail queue will be filled up and you'll never notice it. The senders see the mail as delivered. In this case, it might be useful to get a notice, (xx mails can't be delivered within xx hours. or something like that)
The big question is why do you have 30k emails hanging in the queue?
What is causing them to not go out?
I think Scott was asking for the reason(s?) the mail delivery does not work.

You can also go to Astaro Gateway Feature Requests to submit a feature request for this to be added to a future release. The more votes a request gets, the better chance that it will be added.
I think I would like this also. I'm surprised it hasn't been implemented as it could cause the UTM some issues. We monitor our exchange queues but once they go to the UTM, I'm not aware of the smnp oid or notification to tell you that the spool is filling up.
It surely is a worthwhile notification??
Hi All,
A feature request, request you to Vote it here:
Thanks
