spamhous is getting commercial?

I got this mail last days. We are not using Astaro as SMTP proxy but Astaro is also using Spamhaus as i know.

So what is your opinion about this (SPAM or not):

    First I've heard of them actively monitoring usage and contacting someone.  They are providing a valuable service that has to get paid for somehow.  It's just my opinion, but to me 100,000 SMTP connections per day and 300,000 queries per day upper limited for the free service seem pretty generous.
     
    For Astaro's part, I feel that they should change the GUI in WebAdmin a little bit to show and allow removal of all RBL's, even the "recommended" default ones on an individual basis to avoid extra changes for the installs with a larger user base.
