SMPT log error message

I am seeing the following error and i'm not sure what it means...

  • So, for example, in order for a company with an Astaro to NOT have its mail blocked for the same reason:

    If the public Authoritative Name Server for your domain lists an MX record of mail.yourdomain.com,
    and, if mail.yourdomain.com resolves to the IP on your Astaro, e.g., 68.78.88.98,
    then there needs to be a reverse DNS entry:

    98.88.78.68.in-addr.arpa   IN   PTR   mail.yourdomain.com

  • ths is mail coming into our ASG. Here is another one that I think has RDNS, but im not sure why it got blocked.
