how can users submit a not recognized spam mail?

I don't understand.  What spams are getting past the SMTP Proxy?

Hi bob, sorry for my bad english [[:)]]
I have noticed that some few spam mails pass through my ASG and are received from users of my domain. How is possible to mark these mails as spam in order to not receive them anymore? With my previous antispam engine (GFI) the users had to move the email in a public folder called "this is spam mail". Is there a similar function in astaro? (obiviously not using public folders [[:)]] )

Presently, there's no way to "teach" the Astaro about spam.

PS Your English is very understandable.  I know that when I write in German, I often don't include enough detail; that's all I meant when I said I didn't understand - I wanted more detail.
