Some emails dont go to outlook

Some emails from my clients, view in user portal as green, but this email dont arrive in client outlook.

    You might look in the Outlook Junk Mail folder.  If Astaro says it delivered an email to Exchange, it certainly did; you can confirm that with Message Tracking in the Exchange System Manager.
