Is it possible to auto delete by extention or prevent quarantine?

We have a phone system that will send wav files for voice messages and pdf files for fax.  We decided that we only wanted the faxes to go to email so I filtered out the wavs by extension and now they end up in the quarantine report.  Is there anyway to prevent them from showing up on the list?

    Not in the Astaro.  The purpose of the Expression Filter is to treat the email like spam.  Can't you tell the voicemail system not to send the wav files?

    Wish I could...  What constitutes "confirmed spam".  If i choose to blackhole confirmed spam and then used the expression filter to filter them out by subject; would that work?

    No, the expression filter doesn't flag as "Confirmed spam."  You could blackhole suspected spam, but I doubt you want to do that!  I think your only choices are in the voicemail system and your mail server - which mail server are you running?

    Sorry for the late response, I'm not getting email notifications for some reason.  Anyways we are running exchange 03 and astaro version 7.504.  I know I can block the quarantine report at the server but that wouldn't give the users the option of using it.  I was really hoping to keep these particular messages from being reported.  Perhaps a feature request? Blackhole by subject?
