How long until SMTP proxy shows email?

I have moved my MX record over to the SMTP proxy and everything is working but I am not seeing mail in the records (it still says "SMTP Proxy is active, 0 emails processed, 0 emails blocked").

How long will this take?  I'd like some peace of mind here (especially considering DNS replication issues).

    Normally, I get propagation in a few hours.  Try this: DNS Lookup Utility or this http://www.whatsmydns.net/

    The queue messages are your Asttaro checking to see if there's anything to send.  If you check some other threads here, you'll see that there's a lot of information for each email.
