Block Emails for particular domain

Hi there,
Can please any one tell me the procedure for block particular emails for domains.
Our clients is keep getting viagara and other crap emails. I want to block those emails for that domain.

Can anyone tell me step by step to block those emails for that domain.

    Not yet.  Which email server are you using?  I think Exchange lets you redirect incoming emails to a separate account.
