Hello,
I'm getting a "Spam: Confirmed" response for mail sent from an email source that is not spam.
I checked the source IP (found in Mail Manager) on Commtouch's website and it says there is no risk associated with this ip address.
Can someone tell me how the spam engine works and how to deal with these problems in the future. I've created a specific rule for this ip address in the exceptions.
I'm looking for a better understanding of what's going on.
