Mass updating domains? Using wildcards?

Hello,
I have a few email servers each hosting a few hundred domains.  What is generally the best configuration for a situation like this?  

I know I can export the domain list and add it to the profile but thats tedious and requires me to manually update the profiles fairly often since I do not always know when new domains are added.

Is there a way to add wildcards to the domains list (i.e. *.*)?  I have tried this before and it didnt seem to work.  I understand that doing so would negate destination filtering but that is already happening on the server.  What I am more concerned about is spam signature checking (commtouch filtering and the like).

Any ideas? 

Hopefully I made what I am trying to accomplish clear.

    Apparently, V7.504 will have the ability to do *.adomain.com.  It isn't clear to me that you ever would want to accept mail for domains that you don't host, so I don't understand how it would be reasonable to be able to do *.* or *.com.

    In my case its its helpful because managing all the active names is quite a hassle.

    In my case the servers are checking and dropping mail for domains they dont handle and this is automagically handled when a new domain is added or removed.  I am more concerned with astaro only checking for spam signatures (commtouch and the like) for all mail that tries to pass to a specific host rather than per domain.  

    I had this functionality with another vendors product and it worked out quite well.
