Block Spam Keep Getting - Help W/Configuration

I have a comcast email address and lately I've been getting alot of spam emails.  Its quite annoying.  Comcast generally is good at blocking them, but for some reason I'm getting them.  Anyways, I know astaro wont help me block them from the server level (i.e - if I check my email through comcast's web interface, SMARTZONE) however it will help when I download my emails to my client through my astaro firewall.

With that said...  are there ways to put in somewhere to block certain domain names like  .br  or  .se  ,etc etc?  Can I block somehow all foreign addresses from emailing me?  Anything else I could do to configure my astaro appropriately?  

Here are some of my settings that I've had originally, but need to change I think.
