how to setup profiles

hello friends !

i am new to mail system ,mail security 

i am able to setup a simple internal  mail server and i am able to send and receive (using simple profile ) a mail without using profile ,to setup/add profile what configuration i have to make can u give me some idea

    You don't need the profiles unless you have other domains that you want to have different rules for.  You can't create a separate profile for a single domain.

    if i have 1 server is hosted and 1 server @ home can i configure them,will it work 
    if yes what need to be done
