Filter global quarantine in mutualisation scenario

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to filter the global quarantine to see only mail for/from specific(s) domain(s)?

The goal is to mutualize my AMG with many clients, and give them the ability to control their global quarantine, without letting them see others clients email.

    I don't know about the amg but in the asg you just set up some internal users, add the email address they're supposed to access and let them access the userportal. That will give them the ability to manage all quarantined mails that relate to their address set in the user definition. nothing else.

    Krycek is correct.   There is no facility that allows you to name an administrator for a domain and have the Mail Manager in Mail Security show quarantine and mail activity just to/from addresses in an individual domain.

    That sounds like a good idea though; please suggest it at http://feature.astaro.com.

    Any idea on when would this feature be added to astaro dev roadmap?

    Is it a requirement to get sufficient votes, even if it *sounds* like a quick and useful functionnality ?

    Hi,

    We just found kind of a workaround that could help before this function is integrated:

    I create a local user , and i add every SMTP addresses the domain contains.
    As a result, when i connect to the user portal with this user, I can see all quarantined mail for SMTP addresses i added to the account.

    Can you tell me if it exists any other way to populate the list of additionnal SMTP addresses, even if not via WabAdmin, as i have 1000+ SMTP addresses to add to my account!

    Here's the problem with that... you can't then offer the endusers the ability to access their own quarentine via the user portal - once you enter an email address under any user, the address cannnot be associated in the Astaro with any other user.  I would expect that you will run into other problems, so I would advise against this approach.

    The goal actually IS to prevent user to acces his quarantine by himself.

    I'm testing this solution on a test environment at the moment, will tell you if any problems.

    I'm aware that it will be an unsupported setup, and I assume [[:D]]

    Would you tell me where is stored this address list ? [[:D]]
