Mail Manager Issue

Hello,

I have a message that's stuck in Mail Manager, and I attempt to retry it, and it acts like it is going to retry it, but a moment later, it comes right back to the queue.  If you open the message up, it says it hasn't retried in 30+ minutes.  Shouldn't it attempt to resend the message if you tell it to retry?  I fixed the error as to why its stuck, but it doesn't even attempt to try again.  On the mail server, it doesn't even show any attempts for it to retry in the mailserver's logs...

Can anyone help with this?
