stupid smtp question of the day

SMPT is set up for relay.
It works fine!

Is there anyway to have the Astaro bypass the relay host and try to deliver an email directly based in the domain its going to????
Example:
 Any email to ***@Idumb.com relay is bypassed and its delivered directly.
 All others would go thru the realy

I cant find anything in the smtp settings so Im sure it No, but want to confirm this.

    I'd be interested to know if you can accomplish that on the 'Advanced' tab with 'Skip transparent mode hosts/nets'.  I think that only applies to internal hosts/nets, but maybe it works for external ones also???

    Hi, you could put that server in the SMTP Routing settings, but you'd then be an open relay for that domain, so it might not be a great idea.

    Bob: You are correct. Its internal only, but it only applies to the sender not the reciever.

    Barry: I was able to do it in the routing except I had to change it from Static Host with a bogus ip# to MX records. It is funny because I sent the mail to my self, it bypassed my relay and tried to deliver directly and was rejected since spamhaus said i was on comcast and not using there smpt server.

    Funny because it was my relay that was actually rejecting me, LOL.

    But althought it was being deliveried directly its not what i was looking for as all messages with that setting would be direct delivered, and I only wanted 1 domain to be. Oh well.
