How disable Anti-Spam - Advanced anti-spam features - without MAIL-Security License?

Hi,

at a customer we have an astaro 220 v7.405. This customer doesn't have a mail security license.

All options are activated - at - Advanced anti-spam features:

Reject invalid HELO / missing RDNS
Use Greylisting
Use BATV
Perform SPF check

Anti-Spam i can, without a license, not activate, that i can disable the options. Some Mails do not go in.

What can I do? Have i login to the ssh console and do something?

Greetz & Thx.

  • This can likely be fixed via the CC command (editing the settings DB).  If your customer has support (and most commercial installs do), just open a case, and Astaro Support can change those settings for you.  I'd talk about how to do it here, but you can kill your install by issuing the wrong commands from the console, not to mention void your support (possibly).
