Rejected: Spam

Hi guys.

I have strange behavior with one of my costumers.
She need to get a confirmation airline ticket through her email.
Now, if this ticket is embedded in the mail message, Astaro consider it as spam and reject it.
If she get it as attachment - no problem.
I have tried to put the airline address in the Astaro-Mail securely-Smtp-Exceptions, but it didn't help.

This is the SMTP log conerning her mail:
