Russian Cyrillic SPAM

Over the past couple of months, a couple of our users have started to receive regular doses of e-mails in Russian.  They always seem to come from different addresses - usually .ru's but occasionally others - mostly .com's.

Is anyone else seeing this?  Have you changed your RBL config, or what, to deal with this.  Just blocking all .ru's is not an option at this point.

  • In the past, I somehow got on a Saudi Arabian mailing list.  I opted out and had no further emails from them.  I usually don't recommend any explicit blocks.  Maybe you could post an email with its header so we could all see what you're getting?

    Cheers - Bob

  • They're random e-mails.  Not from an accidental mailing list subscription.  They always come from different senders, etc.  Which was why I was asking about RBL mods, etc.  But I will post some headers for perusing.
