Expression Filter only Subject

Is there a way to add an expression filter that will only search the subject line?  I have a user being bombarded and only commonaility is her name in the subject.

What is the best way to block this type of spam?

    no, expression filters always look into the mail body.
    Did you activate all relevant anti-spam features (heuristics, RBLs, Greylisting, dialup network blocking ) and the users still gets these spam mails?
