451 Temporary local problem, please try again!

Tried to configure ASG V7  SMTP Proxy ( WITHOUT MailSecurity license ; since we have some special antivirus;antispam Server behind out astaro)

  Version information 
Firmware version:  7.405 


When we try to check the proxy from the outside world (via telnet) everything looks fine; Recipient resolution works fine, but when
finishing the mail ( .  
we always get this error and no forwarding to the inner smtp-servers

451 Temporary local problem, please try again!

How to solve this problem ?[:O]

    Sorry, I can't reproduce this problem.  Emails from Yahoo and Gmail arrived with no problem.

    What mail server is sending these?  Please post the relevant lines from the SMTP log.

    I tried to Test it with "pure" SMTP
    Telnet on Port 25
    ELHO
    mail from: ***@***.***
    RCPT TO: 
    DATA
    SUBJECT: 

    etc
    everything works find ( Resolve internal address etc. )
    but mail hasn´t been queued 
    just error 451
    Same Test on the old Firewall ( different IP ) everythings OK
    I Look for the logs
