how to get user with the most spam reports

hi,

is theres a way that i can see the logs of users with the most received spam in a day and how can i see in reporting logs the numbers of incoming emails and ougoing emails separetely?
all i can see is the total mails.

any help is much appreciated.

In the Mail Manager, you can filter on a specific name on the 'SMTP Quarantine' and the 'SMTP Log' tabs. In 'Reporting >> Mail Security', on both the 'Mail Usage' and 'Blocked Mail' tabs, you can do the same, and you can download the results. Your mail server should provide answers for your other questions.
