Maildrop locked for account_id 1

Hello guys,
using POP3 Proxy I frequently get Outlook to request credentials and when I check the proxy log file I find this recurring lines:

2009:09:09-15:04:53 fw pop3proxy[31784]: Maildrop locked for account_id 1
2009:09:09-15:04:53 fw pop3proxy[31784]: Client has closed the connection

What does this mean? Is the provider that locks the access to the firewall, or is it the astaro box that locks the access to the client?

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
