Quarantine all incoming SMTP mail addressed to a specific domain

We have inherited a domain which is receiving lots of SMTP mail the bulk of which is subscriptions to newsletters etc.
How can I setup the SMTP profile for this specific domain to drop all this email straight into quarantine so I can review them and either download or delete them.?

    I don't think that's possible.  Why not just configure your mail server to deliver all those emails to a single account where you can request removal from unwanted ssubscriptions and forward the wanted emails to the correct person?
