RFC821 command VRFY

So i was doing a routine check on my mail servers dns information and then i find out that this website Backscatterer.org powered by UCEPROTECT is blocking us on the RBL.   So i go there to find out why and how to get off it.  They say it will be there for a month unless i pay 50 euros and that also i have to disabled VRFY for senders.  I dont see where to disable this.  now i have recipient verify.  What can i do.

    I'm guessing the problem is slightly different...  In 'Mail Security >> SMTP', on the 'Anti-Spam' tab, go to the bottom of the page and check 'BATV'.

    In addition, I would recommend on this tab:

    Also at the bottom: check 'Reject invalid HELO / missing RDNS'
    At the top: 'Reject at SMTP time:' "Confirmed Spam"
