Mail Manager - SMTP Spool

Hello! 

I have about 400.000! Spam mails in my SMTP Spool and I can not delete everyting. 
If I choose 'Delete everything (use with caution)' nothing happend. So I have to delete everything by hand? Is it possible to login via ssh and delelete this files? Where ist this folder?
How can I delete all mail in smtp pool? Please help me!

    Copy off any needed logfiles, make a USB restore key with an unencrypted backup, down the External interface, force delivery of all possible non-spams from the quarantine, do a factory reset, reboot with the USB key in place, remove the key after the Astaro beeps five times, wait a minute and reboot.
